| Each student that enrolls at South of the River Music is matched with a teacher that best suits their personality, learning style, and musical goals! Though our teachers range in personality and musical background from performing at Orchestra hall to singing in an 80’s rock band, all of our teachers have a passion for music and a drive to share and pass along that passion to their students! All of the teachers at South of the River Music have successfully passed our rigorous screening process. This includes an extensive background check, multiple interviews and a musical audition performing prepared pieces, testing their sight-reading ability and teaching skills.
